You will keep your existing numbers and infrastructure. Calls are routed from the PBX via SIP to the cloud, and the system automatically knows where they belong by the number dialed and triggers the correct voicebot.
Without its own control panel
Deployment begins simply with a pilot on a new issue to verify the benefits in practice. The solution can then be expanded – for example, by forwarding calls from the operator or moving to a cloud PBX.

If you don't have your own PBX, the solution can be deployed without one on an existing known number or a suitable cloud option.
Commissioning
