What is included in the price?
Our subscription is all-inclusive. It includes everything:

What if the chatbot runs out of queries?
In order for your chatbot to be able to continuously help you, we recommend that you continuously monitor the status of the queries being pumped (ideally once a month). If the limit is exhausted, the chatbot will automatically shut down, which we are happy to prevent together.
You have several options to ensure smooth operation:
- Upgrading – as long as you are regularly overcharging, the most cost-effective solution is to permanently upgrade to a higher package
- One-time purchase – At any time during your subscription, you can purchase questions by email or phone. You will not lose these units even if you subsequently renew your service.
What happens if my subscription expires?
In this case, the chatbot will shut down and you will need to renew your subscription.
How are you different from ChatGPT?
We are not an “envelope” for ChatGPT. We have our own advanced architecture and servers. Our AI chatbot never hallucinates (doesn’t make up answers) and only draws information from sources you define (your website, your documents), it doesn’t search the internet.
Our solution is built on a modern RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture that combines large language models with retrieval from your specific knowledge base.
What about security and GDPR?
Safety is an absolute priority for us. All data is stored securely on the Microsoft Azure cloud on servers in the EU and we comply with all GDPR regulations. We never use client data to train AI models.
Our system is protected against DDoS attacks, spam and other threats.
What if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?
He politely apologizes and says he doesn’t know the answer. He never makes things up.
In addition, our system allows you to easily filter out any queries that the bot doesn’t know the answer to and add the missing information to your site.
