Building AI service applications isn’t just about great ideas - it’s about rapid iteration, agile development, and having the right team to bring it all together. At Citymind, we’re a lean, high-performance team of 8 professionals who take care of the heavy lifting for you. On top of that we have an external team consisting of various experts in fields of UX/UI design and marketing.

AI in Action newsletter is all about AI deployment. In this edition, we’re excited to share 3 fascinating AI implementations across different use cases - TessaBot for Kolín City, PEFBot for PEF MENDELU, and AnnaBot for O2 Arena.
While our primary focus is on Municipal AI Agents, these use cases demonstrate how our technology extends beyond municipal services, making a significant impact in university operations and customer support as well.
Looking ahead, 2025 is going to be all about Data, with a strong focus on measuring how AI saves time, money, and resources. ✨

4. Strategic partnerships
We are incredibly grateful for the partnerships that supported us throughout 2024! Being part of the JICbooster program and the innovation ecosystem in South Moravia has provided us with the tools and opportunities to grow and we are moving to Phase 2 at the very start of the following year. We deeply appreciate the support from the Microsoft for Startups program, which gave us access to cutting-edge technologies and enabled agile testing to enhance our solutions. Joining the Česká Asociace Umělé Inteligence (ČAUI) as new members has been an important milestone, and with plans for 2025 already in place, we look forward to building on this collaboration!
